Formwork & Shoring solutions
- Conventional formwork Systems by using LVL beams, steel timber truss walers, tie accessories, alignment props, access platforms, lifting and transportation arrangement etc.
- Modular Formwork Systems by using light weight modular panel systems, including multi panels, tie accessories, alignment props, access platforms, lifting and transportation arrangement etc.
- Modular Shoring Systems by using Ringlock, Cuplock, Q-Stage, also heavy duty Trileg shoring systems and light weight access scaffolding.
- Shoring Systems by using Props and light weight panels also primary and secondary beams, with appropriate heads etc.
- Monolithic Formwork by using specially fabricated aluminium panels as per project layouts with props and accessories as slab and wall casting together for high raised residential and commercial building.
- PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) design, fabrication and supply 3D mould based on modules for new generation construction like PPVC.
Project Consultancies
- Providing safe formwork and shoring design by analysing and utilizing old stock or in stock formwork and shoring materials.
- When in stock material is insufficient then we will be providing formwork and shoring designs with utilising all old stock and additional new material.
- Providing safe and economical formwork and shoring design with detailed Bill of Quantities and Stock Management Report for entire projects will be sole responsibility of GBN.
- Maintaining project wised inventory of all formwork and shoring materials will be sole responsibility of GBN.
- While purchasing of new material, GBN will provide our own quote also on your behalf will request quotes from leading formwork companies (minimum 3) and will provide you the report with price analysis and benefits so will help you to take correct decision
- GBN can offer you the site assistant technical engineer to teach site labours about assembly and dismantling of formwork and shoring material
- GBN can offer to provide quality reports for in stock materials.
- GBN can offer maintenance facility for damaged materials.
- GBN can offer quality control as well as production process control management to assure to receive quality products as well as on time deliveries.
